ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS

Marathons

Each marathon I’ve completed is its own challenge and story. These races have taken me across the country and around the world, giving me the chance to push my limits, connect with new communities, and test my endurance year after year. Marathons are the foundation of my athletic life since that’s how I got into running. These are excluding marathons run as part of other events such as Ironman triathlons and ultras

  • NYC Marathon – 8
  • Boston Marathon – 3
  • Chicago Marathon
  • California International Marathon
  • Dallas Texas 50K
  • Montana Jack and Jill Marathon

Triathlons

From local sprint triathlons to full Ironman races, I’ve embraced the multi-sport challenge at every level. Triathlon has given me an expanded sense of what’s possible — combining swimming, cycling, and running forces you to develop a different kind of focus and adaptability. Each distance brings its own set of lessons, and each finish line delivers a new sense of accomplishment. I don’t remember all the triathlons done so here are my favorites.

  • Ironman Arizona
  • Ironman 70.3 Races
    • Sardegna, Italy
    • Victoria, Canada
    • Timberman, New Hampshire
    • Jones Beach, New York
  • Boston Triathlon
  • NYC Triathlon – 3
  • Montauk Triathlon – 3
  • Nantucket Triathlon

Championship & Competitive Races

In addition to mainstream events, I’ve competed in national and international championships in both triathlon and cycling. These are environments where precision, strategy, and consistency matter just as much as raw physical fitness. Racing at this level has pushed me to sharpen my skills and measure myself against some of the best adaptive athletes in the world.

  • 7 total national podiums
  • USA Triathlon Nationals – 4
  • USA cycling Nationals – 4 (Road Race and Time Trial events)
  • North American Continental Cup World Triathlon (Silver)
